Police honored FOUR year old Isla Glaser, for keeping it together and calling 9-11 when her mom collapsed at home. Not only did Isla know what to do, she KNEW HER ADDRESS! Mom was saved. Isla is now an honorary junior officer in New Jersey at the Franklin Police Department.
