This conversation was scheduled to happen before 38 Special‘s loss this week, the passing of original bassist, Larry Junstrom (October 6, 2019). So, though it’s sad, I was grateful to be able to personally share our condolences with Don Barnes about their recent loss.
Don also talked about the long, strange trip of his solo album, Ride the Storm and what you can expect at the 38 Special show Thursday night.
