Officials warn public to keep drones away from Fourth of July celebration

Officials are warning people to keep drones away from the annual Fourth of July festivities Thursday at the Charles River Esplanade."The use of civilian drones in the area surrounding the Esplanade will be illegal and could expose the operator of the drone to state and federal charges," Jeanne Benincasa Thorpe, the undersecretary of public safety and security said.
