Former President Barack Obama and his family, who are vacationing in France, have been spotted sightseeing with a pair of unlikely companions: U2’s Bono and The Edge.
The Irish rock legends spent Friday taking in the sights of Èze with the whole Obama clan — Barack, Michelle, Malia and Sasha — before stopping for lunch at a posh eatery called La Chèvre d’Or.
While the ex-president is a known U2 fan, using the group’s songs in his campaigns and to end his 2017 farewell address, the France trip marks the first time the two clans have vacationed together.
At least as far as anyone knows.
