Kyrie Irving, Al Horford and Gordon Hayward were all out of the lineup last night, but it didn’t matter, as the Celtics beat Anthony Davis and the New Orleans Pelicans 113-100 on the parquet last night at the TD Garden.

Marcus Morris stepped up and pumped in 31 points to lead the Celts. They lead 28-21 after the first quarter and never trailed the rest of the way. Jayson Tatum had 21 points and Jaylen Brown added 19. Davis had 41 points in a losing effort.
