The Patriots are back on track after their 27-13 win over the New York Jets yesterday at The Meadowlands in New Jersey. Tom Brady threw for 283 yards and two touchdowns and in the process became the NFL’s all-time leader in total passing yards, including the regular season and playoffs.

Brady connected on touchdown passes to Rob Gronkowski and Julien Edelman. Gronk’s TD was his first since the opening game of the year, snapping a six game drought.
