Sometimes, the easiest thing to do is just go buy something. Pies are big at Thanksgiving. How about trying to bake a pumpkin pie? I found a recipe I'm going to try!!
I'm not a very adept baker. I don't like recipes that take forever to follow and then a long time to bake, cool, set and, eventually, serve.
HOWEVER, I watched this video on how to bake a simple pumpkin pie, which is my favorite Thanksgiving desert. I will let you know how it comes out. Please join me and take the challenge! :) - Hank
