Fake wind? We seen it many times: the breathless and brave weather person risking his/her life to bring us the in-the-moment LIVE danger of the storm, seconds away from being blow off their feet. But during some recent coverage of Hurricane Florence, this Weather Channel meteorologist was going for an Emmy. I’m not minimizing the danger they face to give us solid reporting. But I do wonder how windy it was THERE we he was.
