Over 120 voices came together today as a #Flashmob in Heuston railway station Dublin, Ireland for World Suicide Prevention Day - 10 September 2018 "Working together to prevent suicide". All were brought together by Music Director Andrius Kozlovskis.
While it’s important to circulate information about services like the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, it’s equally, if not more, important to know of warning signs like feeling hopeless, like a burden to others; depression/anxiety; lack of interest/withdrawing; easily angered or agitated; and increased drinking or substance use. Those who are suffering won’t always reach out for help. Educate yourself so you’re able to help others in need.
