The trend of lip-syncing cop videos just got turned to 11 (or maybe 55?) thanks to Sammy Hagar.

The Fontana Police Department in California recently posted a lip-sync video to the Hagar classic “I Can’t Drive 55” and even got the Red Rocker to appear in the clip.

So, how did the FPD land the Hagar cameo?  In an interview with The Mercury News, Officer Tim Frydendall reached out to Hagar, who’s a native of Fontana, Calif., for permission to use his song.  One thing led to another, and now the video below exists!
