So, unfortunately, a 52 foot fin whale died and washed up on Duxbury Beach this week. They attempted to move it with a front end loader, but the 30 ton whale snapped the chain. They eventually cut it in two and burried it!
This will give you an idea how they did it. I hope there isn't any beach erosion anytime soon. The smell would probably be worse than that low tide stench.
