Researchers say that our sunscreen application is incorrect. Most people have a tendency to apply sunscreen too thinly. That means we are only getting about 40 percent of the protection….

Researchers say that our sunscreen application is incorrect.

Most people have a tendency to apply sunscreen too thinly. That means we are only getting about 40 percent of the protection. To battle our thin layer of protection, scientists suggest we use sunscreens with a higher SPF level. The scientists also suggest not using sunscreen alone. Clothing and shade are also helpful in avoiding the harmful rays of the sun.
