Countdown Clock Appears on Tom Petty’s Website

Looks like there’s some activity in the Tom Petty camp.

A countdown clock appeared on the late singer’s official website set to expire on July 11 at 10 AM ET.  The clock was accompanied by the following illustration of the iconic singer-songwriter.

Speculation seems to point to a potential reissue of Petty’s 1994 album Wildflowers or even some unreleased material from that era of his career.

At the very least, we won’t have to wait much longer to find out what all of the mystery is about.
