For athletes, the MIAA bans the practice and students who violate the rule are subject to discipline. After Saugus High's recent graduation some student athletes smoked cigars and now won't be able to play in the high school athletic tournament. They argue that the rule has never been enforced until now. Do you think the punishment is just or too harsh?
