Marchand, Bruins Beat Maple Leafs 3-1 To Take 3-1 Series Lead!
Brad Marchand, the little All Star left wing most of the NHL loves to hate, came through again scoring the eventual winning goal in the second period, as the Bruins beat the Maple Leafs 3-1 in Toronto last night, taking a 3-1 lead in the first round playoff series.
Torey Krug scored 28 seconds into the game and the Bruins never trailed. In the second period, the Pastrnak to Marchand put the Bruins ahead for good! Tuukka Rask made 31 saves in an outstanding performance to backbone the win.
