Fenway Park is the home to not only the Boston Red Sox, but many generations of memories, too!
However, it can be dangerous. Batted balls can travel over 100 miles-per-hour and many land in the stands.
Over the years, several serious injuries occurred at major league stadiums. Last year, they extended the backstop netting to the edge of each dugout at Fenway. This year, the netting has expanded well beyond the dugouts into left and right field.
