According to the New York Post, Americans would do the following for a 10 percent raise:
- 56 percent would work an extra 10 hours per week for life
- 50 percent would work 6 days a week for the next year
- 40 percent would give up all dental care
- 35 percent would give up their right to vote for life
- 12 percent would break up with their significant other (really?)
