BUT, University of London researchers have discovered that going to a "live" concert will improve your mood more than going to yoga class or walking your dog. Those who spent at least 20 minutes at a concert had higher levels of wellness, compared to the other two groups by more than a 2-1 margin. Those at the concert had a 21 percent boost in their mood, while people who went to yoga had a 10 percent boost and dog walkers 7 percent. Increased wellness has been linked to a longer life span. So, instead of spending $200 on a new yoga outfit at Lululemon, you might want to go to see Billy Joel or Foreigner!
