Maybe a pink veggie is more appealing than a green one?
Heck, I’d rather have my lettuce look more like cotton candy than kale.
It’s called pink radicchio it’s SWEEPING the nation. Or at least Whole Foods.
Good news: It’s not artificially dyed.
Bad news: It costs FIVE TIME MORE than regular lettuce.
