Jennifer Jones is a 40-year-old woman with Cystic Fibrosis, which doctors didn’t diagnose until she was nearly 30 and pregnant. She eventually had to have a lung transplant last October when her lung capacity was reduced to just 10 percent.

Watch as she takes her first breath with her new lungs! Talk about a new lease on life! :):)
