While we have all made mistakes on the air (TAKE IT FROM ME) visual mistakes are the easiest to get busted with because of social media. This one is my favorite yet.

The graphic artist at this Chicago TV station must have missed lunch. Look closely at the graphic.

My biggest mistake on the air? I was 16, giving away a TV on the air, on my first radio station in Worcester. I told the lady, “YOU WON A NEW TV!!” Her reply, NO SH%$#@!!!!T !”
