It’s a revenge of the Weather Channel nerds. Last Spring CBS talk show host Stephen Colbert poked fun at the channel for the intense pride they take in naming winter storms.

So in the age of hitting back, the Weather Channel did just that by naming a storm “with alot of wind” after Colbert. It may be a joke. By the way the Weather Channel is owned, by NBC. Worth a watch-

CLOSE Forget Stella. Next year you can look forward to Winter Storm Colbert. The Weather Channel announced Thursday that the third storm of the 2017-18 winter season will be named after CBS Late Show host Stephen Colbert, who poked fun at the name Stella earlier this week.
