I don't think Scott Peterson did it.

A little background for those who aren't familiar with the case: In 2002, 27-year-old Laci Peterson went missing from her home in Modesto, Calif. She was eight months pregnant. Her husband, Scott, was arrested and later convicted of her murder and their unborn son's. He's on death row in San Quentin State Prison.

The case captivated the nation. It was a horrific crime (though there was no crime scene.) Months after she went missing, a newborn baby boy's body was found on the shore San Francisco Bay. Laci's badly decomposed body was found a day later, about a mile a way.

Scott was immediately a suspect. He'd gone fishing in San Francisco Bay December 24. He was having an affair with a single mom named Amber Frey. The day he was arrested, he was found with "his naturally dark brown hair had been dyed blond, and his Mercedes was "overstuffed" with miscellaneous items, including nearly $15,000 in cash, 12 Viagra tablets, survival gear, camping equipment, several changes of clothes, four cell phones, and two driver's licenses, his and his brother's," according to reports.

Looks like a duck, walks like a duck, yadda yadda yadda. Right?

But THEN I watched six episodes of "The Murder of Laci Peterson" on A&E and NOW I AM NOT CONVINCED.

Evidence was left out of discovery. Pages were missing. Tips were not reported. Jurors were tainted.

In short, the trial was a ****show.

Here's the trailer. If you've watched it, what do you think?
