On the night the Red Sox celebrated the 50th anniversary of the 1967 “Impossible Dream” team that lost to the St. Louis Cardinals in the World Series, Mookie Betts exacted a small bit of revenge with a “walk off” two run double off the Green Monster in the bottom of the 9th inning and the Sox beat the Cards 5-4 last night at Fenway Park.
