My Daughters Are Teens No Longer! – Hank

I remember worrying as my daughters, Abbey and Charlotte, approached being teenagers. It's such a bizarre age. You begin your trek to adulthood. Their minds, bodies and attitudes change almost immediately after they blow out the candles on their 13th birthday cake.

There's middle school, friendships, relationships, jobs, fighting with parents, fighting with siblings, fighting with friends, making friends, great times, weepy times, tough times....then high school.

Then, it's repeat times 10! 

Earlier this week, my daughter Abbey turned 21. Yesterday, Charlotte, the baby of the family turned 20! O.M.G.

She is a beautiful young woman who is a great college student, loves helping others and is already making a difference in the world!

I remember when Charlotte told me when she was about 7 that she wanted to live at home until she was 40! ????

Now she goes to school 450 miles away, is going to do a semester abroad next January and is looking forward to life in her twenties!

My babies are grown up! Happy Birthday, Charlotte! I love you very much! ❤️
