Want to Sing Onstage with FOREIGNER!? Online

In support of The Grammy Foundation and its effort to further school music education, WROR is looking for a local school choir to join Foreigner onstage to sing the band’s classic hit, I Want to Know What Love Is!

The winning choir will perform with Foreigner, June 20th at Blue Hills Bank Pavilion, and the school will receive a $500 donation to its music program.

Brockton High School:

Brockton High School Concert Choir sings with Foreigner

On June 19, 2014, forty members of the Brockton High School Concert Choir from Brockton, MA, under the direction of Matt Cunningham, performed "I Want to Know What Love Is" live on stage with the classic rock band, Foreigner at their Boston concert. They won this opportunity through a contest sponsored by WROR 105.7.


Entries must be received by 11:59pm on Monday, April 23, 2018.

Performances will be posted from Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at approximately 8am through Sunday, April 29, 2018 with a public rating mechanism. Listeners will be invited to rate the performances to help WROR select the winning choir/chorus. One vote per day.

Winning choir/chorus will be announced on Monday, April 30, 2018 between 7am and 9am during The Loren & Wally Morning Show.
