As you may know my obsession with the HBO hit show Game Of Thrones is coming to peak geek-i-fication this weekend as the Season 7 finale is Sunday night. Here's how I know geek-i-fication has taken over:
I created a weekly Game of Thrones podcast at wror.com
I enlisted my wife to co-host it with me, recorded Sunday nights after Thrones.
We have taken silly, special NAMES for the podcast named after Thrones characters. (That alone, shows a cry for help) I am Jaybeau Snow, (named after KING John Snow) and my wife Heidi West is Heidi Westeros named after a famous territory in GoT.
My WROR co-workers have embraced my Thrones geek-i-fication.
In the hallway I'm getting:
(co-worker, walking in hallway)
"Ready for Sunday night?"
"OMG YES, ARE YOU A THRONIE?
"No" (keeps walking)
I'm going to the Game Of Thrones event tomorrow at the AT & T store in the Back Bay. Our own PJ tipped me off to this event.
