When it comes to comedy, Netflix had a banner year in 2016. The streaming giant released countless stand-up specials, and they’re starting 2017 off with a band with a new special from Jim Gaffigan.
Titled Cinco (a nod to the number of children he has and the number of specials he’s done), Gaffigan tackles a wide variety of topics in his trademark sense of humor, from New Year’s resolutions to morning people.
Gaffigan jokes that he’s put out a new comedy special for every child he has, and that “hopefully, this is the last one.” What he decides to do children-wise is up to him and his hilarious wife, Jeannie, but we hope he births more specials in the future.
A pasta resolution, TV shame, morning people, and more. Jim Gaffigan's Cinco, streaming Jan. 10 on Netflix.
