Well, at least, that's basically what came out of his mouth! Ben Affleck, AKA Batman, AKA BATFLICK admits his role as Daredevil wasn't his best movie. Shocker, right?
“Daredevil didn’t work, at all. If I wanted to go viral I would be less polite,” Affleck told Entertainment Weekly in their Comic-Con coverage story.
At any rate, the DC vs. Marvel comic battle will continue till the sands of time stand still, but Affleck believes that his role as Batman can not be as insincere or shallow as Marvel can.

Quoted from NME, Ben told Entertainment Weekly that "It is more mythic, it is more grand in that way, and it is a little more realistic. Just by their nature, these films can't be as funny or as quick or as glib as Marvel movies."
TELL US HOW YOU REALLY FEEL, BATFLICK!
So far, Marvel has made great strides in the comic-to-movie atmosphere, so it's interesting to hear someone go up against that nature, and claim themselves DC. Though the Christian Bale/Christopher Nolan Batman movies were wildly successful, there hasn't been much more that has boiled above the surface in DC Fandom.
Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to come out March 2016, but the hype is already building, especially with a lot of comic talk.
Meanwhile, we've got Ant-Man on the way with Paul Rudd, Captain America: Civil War on the way in 2016, Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 slated for 2017, and we just gained a new Spider-Man. Also, trailing after a giant blast of Avengers: Age of Ultron aftershock, we wonder what Ben is talking about. Maybe since he's Batman now, he's just DC partial.
Then again, he did tell EW that playing Batman was like "basically the American version of Hamlet," so he might just be crazy.
